The battle continues on against the Department of Child Safety on behalf of Arizona medical marijuana patients.
Lindsey Ridgell is battling being entered into the Central Registry for medicating with marijuana while pregnant. In the video below, you hear Ridgell’s attorney Julie Gunnigle declare that voters intended to protect people from punishment for using medicinal marijuana, pregnancy included.
The Department of Child Safety’s stance on the Arizona Medical Marijuana Act/AMMA, is that it is above the law.
